Welcome to my Inner Circle! There are so many ways to creatively and sincerely express thanks. So as a way of regularly saying “Thank You” for your business and trust, I have created what I call my Inner Circle – essentially my VIP program for people I have worked with. To be included, you must have purchased or sold a property using my services, or you referred a client to me. If you are within the Circle, there are benefits you just can’t get elsewhere. Throughout the year you will receive items of value from me. Some things will relate to real estate and some won’t, because it’s not all about business – it’s about fun and our friendship! Sometimes, you will receive gift certificates or coupons for dollars off at local businesses, great Durango “finds” that I want you to experience and enjoy. Sometimes you’ll receive contest entries, or special promotions, again uniquely Durango, that continually express my thanks for our relationship. Relevant to real estate, expect information monthly that will help you get the most from your property. Things such as Remodeling Your Home By The Numbers – a guide for home remodel decisions. Then, I will send you quarterly market data that helps keep you informed on values, inventory, and general market conditions. More than dry numbers, this information will keep you “dialed in” to your Durango market. And specific to your property, look for emails with listing and/or sold information for properties you are most interested in – those in your immediate neighborhood! Home base for communications will be www.PropertyInDurango.com/circle. Here there will be a secure, members-only venue designed for you to participate in contests, drawings, promotions and to access coupons and downloads of great stuff! And to accommodate everyone’s communication preferences, look for both mail and email to keep everyone included and involved. It’s your place on my site, because you’re in my Circle! My goal is to provide the best real estate service possible to you, your family, friends, and colleagues – the people in your circle. Beyond personalized professional service, the best way to do that is to show my sincere appreciation over the whole year. Welcome to my Inner Circle! With that introduction, let’s review the value-added services and benefits I aim to provide all year long. - Things of Value – Each month you will receive value added information designed to help you in areas of real estate and beyond. This will include information on credit enhancement, home valuation, tax tips, and the like. So look for these things in the mail, or by email depending on the message.
- Current Market Data – Every quarter, I will send you statistics on our real estate market. This information will communicate the most current data on average and median values, inventories, days-on-market, and other meaningful indicators. To minimize printing/mail, look for this information via email/*.pdf.
- The Wells Group Real Estate Quarterly – Also every quarter, you will receive by mail a newsletter-format piece with commentary and articles on local real estate market conditions. Different than numbers, this will help interpret market conditions.
- “Deal Alerts” – If you see a property in your neighborhood either listed or sold, you want to know about it, right? Well, if you’re in the Circle, I’ll keep an eye out and send these to you so you’re “in” on the latest activity in your neighborhood. We’ll call this the “Deal Alert”!
- Fun Contests – Periodically, we’ll have some fun that doesn’t relate to real estate. For example, I’ll email everyone that a contest is “on”, along with the rules. Then, say for Christmas, the first to email me an image of Santa Clause wins free tickets to the DSNGRR “Polar Express”. Other contests could happen for Snowdown “Follies” tickets, or Durango International Film Festival movie passes, etc.
- Coupons & Promotions – One of my objectives with the circle is to promote local business – cool businesses I want you to know about. With that, for those in my Circle, I will mail or post coupons, gift certificates, or promotions at www.PropertyInDurango.com/circle. These will be to some of my favorite Durango businesses like Bread Bakery, Cocina Linda, Carver’s Brewery, Gardenschwartz Outdoors, or Mountain Bike Specialists, among others. I want this to support local business, deliver you value, and express my thanks to you.
- Parties & Events – I’d like to see you and keep in touch over the year. What better way than through a party every now and then. Jenny and I have our annual Christmas “Tree Cutting” party which is getting more popular every year. Or this could be an afternoon of “Wings and Football” at Cuckoo’s. This will give us a chance to break bread, or “break beer” as the case may be, and get caught up.
- Office-Based Services – In addition to these benefits above, I want to offer my Circle everyday conveniences. These include Notary service at no charge for those important documents where this step is necessary, faxing, file conversion to *.pdf (portable document format), and document scanning to *.pdf. These will offer you convenience, save you money, and communicate my dedication to service and my best clients.
