Financing 

Real estate financing is an integral part of both buying and selling property.  As a buyer, unless you are able to purchase a property using all cash (equity), then a loan (debt) is needed to complete your financing.  Having a skilled and experienced lending professional then is very important in navigating capital markets, providing and explaining financing options, coaching you on the qualifying process, and guiding you towards the best decisions for your needs.

As a seller, the lender is all too important as well.  When one considers that the majority of transaction difficulties usually occur with respect to financing, having a seasoned lender or mortgage broker working with the buyer of your property is key to a completed transaction and your step forward.
